Harry is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of experience delivering high-profile and technically challenging services across Jersey and London. A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since May 2019, Harry is known for his ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and large-scale schemes with precision and professionalism, advising both public and private sector clients.

Educated at Leeds Beckett University, Harry graduated with a 2:1 in Building Surveying providing a strong technical and analytical foundation that underpins his career. He successfully achieved chartership through the industry-leading APC programme under the guidance of Alpesh Patel, APC Master Coach, reflecting his commitment to excellence and professional growth.

Harry previously worked at Currie & Brown and Avison Young, where he advised on a broad range of building surveying instructions across commercial, industrial and residential property. His experience includes technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, condition reporting, and advising on repair and remedial works, alongside involvement in the delivery of refurbishment, improvement and demolition projects.

With a strong technical background and practical understanding of buildings, Harry provides clear, pragmatic advice to help clients understand building condition, risk, and maintenance requirements.
