Harry is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over a decade of experience delivering high-profile and technically challenging services across Jersey and London. A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since May 2019, Harry is known for his ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and large-scale schemes with precision and professionalism, advising both public and private sector clients.
Educated at Leeds Beckett University, Harry graduated with a 2:1 in Building Surveying providing a strong technical and analytical foundation that underpins his career. He successfully achieved chartership through the industry-leading APC programme under the guidance of Alpesh Patel, APC Master Coach, reflecting his commitment to excellence and professional growth.
Harry previously worked at Currie & Brown and Avison Young, where he advised on a broad range of building surveying instructions across commercial, industrial and residential property. His experience includes technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, condition reporting, and advising on repair and remedial works, alongside involvement in the delivery of refurbishment, improvement and demolition projects.
With a strong technical background and practical understanding of buildings, Harry provides clear, pragmatic advice to help clients understand building condition, risk, and maintenance requirements. Recognised for clear communication and practical problem solving, he combines detailed technical analysis with effective project coordination to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Mia Bourne, MRICS
Director · Chartered Valuation Surveyor
Residential valuation specialist advising private clients and lenders across the Jersey market — Red Book valuations, loan security and market appraisals.
Mia is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) specialising in residential valuations across the Jersey property market. She became chartered in 2022 demonstrating a strong commitment to professional excellence and technical accuracy in valuation practice.
Mia achieved a Merit in her Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading providing a rigorous academic foundation in property economics, valuation methodology, and market analysis. Her academic training underpins her detailed and evidence based approach to valuation work.
She previously worked at Allsop LLP in London, where she gained experience in a leading commercial and residential valuation environment. During this time, she undertook a range of Red Book valuations, for both residential and commercial property and developed strong technical competence in valuation reporting for lending.
Now based primarily in Jersey, Mia specialises in residential valuations across a broad range of property types. Her work includes loan security valuations and market appraisals for private clients and lenders. She has developed a strong understanding of the Jersey property market, enabling her to provide accurate, reliable, and market sensitive advice.
Known for her clear communication and attention to detail, Mia combines technical valuation expertise with a practical understanding of market dynamics. Her approach is both analytical and client focused, ensuring valuations are robust and delivered with clarity and professionalism.
